“Pattern by the Wineries Contest”

Have you ever gone flying in the morning and wine tasting the afternoon? If not, then you owe it to yourself to attend our contest. Adrian Wong and Derek Koopowitz are proud to present the “Pattern by the Wineries Contest”.
Location - the North Bay Radio Control Club (NBRC) - Our runway is located next to a vineyard in the beautiful Napa Valley!

Sportsman, Intermediate, Advanced, Masters and FAI (4 rounds of P-11 & 2 rounds of F-11) will be flown. Awards to 3rd place in each class. This is an AMA sanctioned event so proof of AMA membership must be provided when registering. Sportsman class is allowed to fly any AMA legal airplane – 98db noise limitation on ALL airplanes. $35 for all classes except Sportsman which is $20.
FAI pilots will have the option of flying the F-11 sequence in the last two rounds on Sunday. However, scores will be normalized with the P-11 sequence's K-Factor.
Registration is at 8:00 am on Saturday. Flying will start promptly at 9.00 am or when the sun is out of the way.
Please bring your own lunch for both days. Sodas/water will be available at the field for purchase. Camping is allowed at the field, electricity is available.
